PARKING: We kindly ask that our clients part at the Bracebridge Arena parking lot or on Manitoba Street when possible as parking is limited.

CDAs and SLTAs must have a graduate certificate from a communicative disorders assistant program or similar qualifications. They are not required to be regulated. However, CDAs are often registered with the Communicative Disorders Assistant Association of Canada (CDAAC). CDAs and SLTAs can only work under the supervision of an SLP and cannot provide assessment services. They are only allowed to provide therapy using the goals and advice provided by the SLP.

It is recommended that you only select a therapy appointment with a CDA or an SLTA if your speech language pathologist at Aspire Speech has recommended that you book with a CDA/SLTA.
